Không có cái môi trường làm việc nào mà chèn ép nhân viên cty như ở đây, tất cả mọi người cùng đi lên chả thấy chỉ thấy mỗi ông Dean và đám lâu la bòn rút. Hoạt động rất vui là mấy cái dí KPI chạy sắp mặt đúng không?
Working at Telestar was a nightmare. Dean, the CEO, and Minh Tu Mia, the HR/Admin, were both unprofessional, pushy, and dishonest. There was no proper management in place and I felt unsupported and undervalued as an employee. The company prioritized their clients over their own team members, even if it meant working in toxic environments. I had issues with my pay and when I resigned, I was promised compensation that I never received. Overall, I would caution anyone considering working for Telestar to beware of Dean and Minh Tu Mia.

Dean doesn't care much about his employees. All he desires is more clients with long-term contracts. HR Mia is also his puppet for his entertainment and never know the truth that he is a jerk to his employees, especially the interns. Poor leader, poor company.
This was the worst company that I have worked for. The Ceo name Dean and the HR/Admin Minh Tu Mia are both liar, unprofessional, pushy, zero management 1-The company does not protect their employee whatsoever from their client no matter toxic the client is. What I mean by that i when signing a contract with Telestar, it is " required " to work atleast 6 months with the client no matter what. This also mean no matter how the client is very toxic, unprofessional, always swearing, barely any training. As an employee one should say enough is enough, they want out. However Dean does not care about their employee at all , all he cares about his business and his relationship with his client. He will keep on being pushing and unprofessional and make you stay and work for the client ( still have the printscreen conversation ) 2- On my first pay, I have only received a partial of my pay to which I had to personally reach out to their HR /Admin Minh Thu Mia about it to which she confirmed this was their mistake and made adjustment. This tells you a lot about their management. 3-When I quitted, I was specifically told by Minh Tu Mia that I would still get paid for the hours I have work ( still have printscreen conversation ). What a surprise, I never got paid. I tried to call and message multiples both the Dean and Minh Tu but they kept ignoring me or deleting my messages...go figure. To whoever is applying for Telestar, I am not saying not to apply but please be aware of their Ceo Dean and their HR/admin Minh Tu Mia

If you or anyone else want to throw back to previous reviews of this company, you guys probably realize that not just the intern but the other might be laid off without any compensation or clear reason. Dean is just the Israel janitor who came to ASEAN to squeeze the employee dry.
Coi giờ con HR hay tụi leader vào đây giả danh khách hàng đi review page cty nữa. Nhục thật sự, rồi sao hok tự bịa ra mấy feedback trên web mình nữa

Dạo một vòng mấy trang khác review thấy ớn mà đúng ghê, hên là thoát sớm chứ không làm nô lệ cho cha nội đầu quăn đó. Cố gắng mà làm giàu cho nó với tụi manager đồ đó, rồi tới lúc thị trường downtrend là tụi nó cho cút. ***Thằng đầu quăn nó thao túng tâm lý nhân viên cực!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
