Real capability is demonstrated through results, not by tearing other down to get ahead or forming factions to launch attacks. If If you are truly capable, then prove your worth and your suitability for the role. A manager is a manager a leader is a leader. There’s no such thing as being almost a leader. Senior leadership should be astute enough to identify genuine talent from a lack thereof. Rather than wasting time impersonating others and spreading negativity, concentrate on enhancing your own abilities to solidify your current position and excel in the future interviews.
