Hello everyone, after spending a few years of "committed" to this so-called "family", I feel a need to share some brutally honest feedback: - The managers here are, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and incompetent I have ever worked with, they completely lack leadership skills and have no ability for strategic planning. They love to deliver hollow speeches and make impressive-sounding promises, but rarely take any meaningful action. If you aspire to find mentorship or career development, stay away from such a terrible place. - The company has mastered the art of showing off. They invest heavily in flashy marketing campaigns and endless workshops or internal activities that serve no real purpose other than to polish their public image. Behind that glamorous facade, however, the working conditions are extremely substandard. Employees are treated disrespectfully, with little regard for their well-being and professional growth. - The benefits are disappointingly under avarage. Sometimes, the company even borrows from employees' salaries to serve its personal purpose, which is absolutely unacceptable. There is barely any 13th-month bonus, and deductions are often ambiguous and unfair. Salaries themselves are among the lowest in Da Nang, which is a real insult given the unreasonable workload. - Employees are frequently forced to handle three or even four projects at the same time, with no proper support or resources. They are pushed to work excessive overtime without compensation, effectively exploiting their labor to the maximum. - The workplace culture is infinitely toxic. Co-workers are absolutely trash. They have mastered the art of shifting blame to others whenever a problem occurs, rather than working collaboratively to achieve common goals. Gossiping and badmouthing others to managers is commonplace, creating a poisonous and deeply untrustworthy environment. - Unless you know how to shamelessly flatter or suck up to your boss, you will never be recognized no matter how dedicated and talented your are, and you will gradually be pushed out. Hard work, honesty, and professional expertise are simply overlooked in favor of unethical flattery skills - A very dangerous and toxic environment where your confidence can be negatively damaged. Lastly, this is a dangerously soul-destroying environment where your confidence will be undermined, your expertise will stagnate, and your mental health will suffer. There is zero encouragement for innovation or growth - only micromanagement, labor exploitation, and blame-shifting until you inevitably burn out or get kicked out. These are my sincere, personal experiences after years in this disastrous place. I hope you to think a thousand times before sacrificing your future for this hellhole. And by the way, I believe anyone with enough intelligence will understand why I chose to write this in English - this message is only meant for those with the capacity to read it, not for mediocre idiots whose only skill is sucking their manager's ass.
